Responsibilities
- Screen candidates based on availability, interest level, basic qualifications, and salary range.
- Assist candidates in completing the application process efficiently, providing guidance and encouragement to move quickly.
- Review applicants and help present top-quality candidates who best match client needs.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates via email and text using provided online tools.
- Collaborate with the team to support overall recruitment goals and assist with any client communication when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable using basic technology (experience with online tools and communication platforms a plus, but training is provided!).
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail—keeping track of multiple tasks will be key.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Some kind of prior experience in recruiting is preferred, but a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed will set you apart.
