Job Description

Job Description: As a Production Appliance Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of home appliances. This role requires a strong understanding of related systems, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a wide range of home appliances in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform plumbing and HVAC installations and connections as required.
• Ensure all installations are completed to company standards and in compliance with local codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining the installation process to customers and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customer to coordinate operations.
• Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.
• Present a neat and professional image.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in appliance installation, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
• Certifications in plumbing or HVAC are preferred.

Pay rate: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.
